摘要
目的:探讨圆锥型套筒冠义齿对牙列缺损修复效果的影响。方法:选择牙周病伴牙列缺损患者80例,均采用圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复治疗。结果:患者的治疗有效率为97.5%,治疗后同时基牙松动度有了明显改善(P<0.05)。修复后菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周袋深度和附着丧失等指标都有了明显改变(P<0.05)。结论:圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损固位可靠,稳定良好,能显著提高咀嚼效率,而且能改善基牙牙周组织健康,不失为一种好的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects observation of the conical sleeve denture for repairing dentition.Methods Selected 80 cases of periodontal disease were treated,all cases with used the conical sleeve denture repair treatment.Results The effective rate was 97.5%,the base tooth mobility,repair plaque index,bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss has improved significantly（P0.05） after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The conical telescopic denture the dentition defect retention reliable,stable and good,it can significantly improve the efficiency of chewing,but also can improve the abutment periodontal tissue health.
