摘要
目的评价糖尿病患者位听功能状况,探讨糖尿病与位听功能变化的关系。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2011年12月,因眩晕就诊于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的137例2型糖尿病患者,分析其位听功能的变化。结果在被调查的137例受试者中:①85例(62.04%)患者存在听力损失,其中糖尿病病程≤10年者115人,65例(56.52%)患者存在不同程度听力损失;糖尿病病程>10年者22人,听力损失者20例(90.90%)。糖尿病患者的听力损失与病程有关,病程长的糖尿病患者听力损失发生率高(P=0.001);②114例(84.44%)患者存在前庭功能受损,94例(68.61%)存在耳鸣,49例(35.77%)主诉耳闷堵感;③糖尿病患者听力损失与性别有关(OR=2.076),男性较女性患者听力损失发生率高(P=0.073)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的听力损失发生率高,且与患者性别和糖尿病病程有关。病程长的糖尿病患者听力损失发生率高,男性患者尤其显著。
Objective To evaluate the hearing and balance function in patients with diabetes and further find out the relationship between them. Methods A total of 137 patients with diabetes mellitus visited Tongren hospital from January to December in 2011. The patients＇ heating and balance function were investigated. Results In all of the 137 subjects with diabetes： 85 cases（62.04% ） had hearing loss, including the patients＇ duration with diabetes ≤ 10 years is 65 cases（65/115, 56.52% ）, and the duration〉10 years is 20 cases（20/22, 90.90% ）. The incidence of hearing loss increase along with the duration of diabetes（P=0.001 ）. 114 cases（84.44% ） had vestibular disfunction, 94 cases（68.61% ） had tinnitus, the number of the patients with aural fullness is 49 cases （35.77%）. The multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that, heating loss related with gender （ P = 0. 073, OR = 2. 076 ） and the duration of diabetes （ P = 0.047, OR = 1.711 ）. Conclusion The incidence of hearing loss in patients with diabetics is high. Gender and the duration of diabetes is also related with hearing loss.
