摘要
禹州体育馆大跨超高框架主次梁梁板主梁截面大、跨度大、层高高,综合施工难度较大,对于高大模板支撑体系,经过方案设计、手动计算、PKPM验算、方案改进,最终确定采用单立杆满堂模板支撑架布置。通过实践证明,此支撑系统安全、可靠,成本较低。针对主梁大体积混凝土,选用了低水化热水泥拌制、适当降低水灰比、采用测温导线控制混凝土内外温差、掺加适量微膨胀剂、及时覆盖保温保湿材料进行养护和二次抹面等措施,有效地控制了混凝土裂缝,确保了施工质量。
In beam slab construction of primary and secondary beams of Yuzhou Gymnasium wide-span superhigh frame, the primary beam has large cross-section, wide span and high storey height, so it is determined to adopt single vertical pole row full-scale formwork supporting frame after scheme design, manual calculation, PKPM verification and scheme improvement Practices have proved that such supporting system is safe, reliable and economic. Considering the massive concrete primary beam, concrete crack is effectively controlled and construction quality is guaranteed through adoption of such measures as mixing with low hydration heat cement, appropriate reduction of water cement ratio, control of temperature difference between concrete inside and outside through temperature measuring wire, curing by timely coverage of heat and moisture insulation materials, secondary finishing, etc.
