摘要
在高速数字系统电路设计中,电磁兼容性、信号完整性和电源完整性等问题紧密的交织在一起,成为高速电路设计的挑战。信号线与信号回流路径之间的位置与电磁兼容性、信号完整性问题有着直接的关系,处理好信号线与信号回流路径之间的关系,对解决电磁兼容性、信号完整性及电源完整性问题有不可忽视的作用。
In the circuit design of high speed digital system, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), signal integrity (SI) and power integrity are closely connected with each other, which is the challenge the high speed circuit design facing. The posi-tion between signal line and signal circumfluenee path has direct relation with EMC and SI. Dealing well with the relation be-tween signal line and signal circumfluence path plays a decisive role in solving the problems of EMC, SI and power integrity.
