摘要
加强公共服务监督,是推进服务型政府建设的重要内容。实证调研资料显示,我国公共服务监督的群众参与度、公信度和群众满意度都不高。文章深入分析了当前我国公共服务监督机制所存在的问题,如公共服务监督合力尚未形成、监督覆盖面有限、监督机制不完善等,在此基础上提出了完善公共服务监督机制的几点建议。
To reinforce the supervision of public service is an important part of propelling the construction of public service--ori- ented government. Empirical research material shows that the degree of public participation, credibility and satisfac- tion of supervision of public service are not high. This article thoroughly analyzes the problems that currently exist in the supervision mechanism of China＇s public service, such as a supervision mechanism with joint force has not yet come into being, the scope of supervision is limited and the supervision mechanism is unsound and so on. Based on this, the article proposes several suggestions for improving the supervision mechanism of China＇s public service.
