摘要
介绍了定量包装的工作原理,针对动态称重过程的被控对象存在惯性及时滞时变的非线性特性,设计了基于ARM控制器和模糊控制的定量包装自动控制系统,并介绍了模糊控制算法实现的细节。试验表明,该系统能较好地实现精准定量包装。
The working principle of quantificational packaging was introduced.According to the inertia and time lag characteristic of packaging process,an automatic control system based on ARM and fuzzy control algorithm was designed,and the detail of fuzzy control was discussed.Verification test results showed that the system can realized precise quantificational packaging.
