摘要
人力资源作为企业唯一具有能动性的战略资源,其柔性化程度对企业绩效具有不可忽视的作用。文章以珠三角企业为例,分析动态环境下人力资源系统柔性对企业绩效的影响。实证结果表明:资源柔性和协调柔性对企业长期绩效均有显著的正向影响;协调柔性对企业短期绩效也存在着显著的正向影响,但是资源柔性对企业短期绩效却无显著影响;环境动态性对人力资源系统柔性与企业绩效间关系存在部分调节作用。
As the only strategic resource which is initiative,the degree of human resources system flexibility on firm perfor mance can’t be ignored.Take enterprises in Pearl River Delta as examples,the paper analyzes the flexibility of human re sources system impact on corporate performance in the dynamic environment.Results show that the resources flexible dimension of HRSF has positive impact on the long-term enterprise performance,but has not significant impact on the short-term enter prise performance.The coordinated flexible dimension of HRSF has positive impact on the short-term enterprise performance.It has not directly impact on the long-term enterprise performance,but indirectly.The moderating effect examination indicated that the relation between the coordinated flexible dimension of HRSF and the short-term enterprise performance is positively moderated by the environmental dynamism.
