白细胞介素-17在强直性脊柱炎炎症形成中的作用

摘要 强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种以骶髂关节和脊柱关节韧带、肌腱附着点炎为主要症状的慢性炎性疾病。患者临床主要表现为腰、背、颈、臀、髋部疼痛以及关节肿痛,严重者可发生脊柱畸形和关节强直,约42%的患者还伴有一处或多处眼、消化道、皮肤、心血管、肾脏及肺脏并发症。该病病因未明,目前已证实其发病和人类白细胞抗原(HLA).B27基因密切相关,并有明显家族聚集倾向.
