摘要
借助于数值模拟技术,研究了变截面轴冷挤压成形过程,分析了零件不同部位金属流动填充特点及凸模载荷,并对零件成形过程的缺陷进行了预测。结果表明:金属流动顺利,没有成形缺陷。冷挤压工艺是合理可行的。
Using axes was studied, and analyzed; the forming the formed parts have the numerical simulation technology, the forming process of the cold extrusion for variable section the characteristics of metal flow-filling in the different parts of the axes and the punch loading were defects during the whole process were predicted. The results show that the metal flow is favoring, no any defects. The cold extrusion technology is reasonable and feasible.
