介绍了核电蒸汽发生器制造过程中影响管子-管板焊缝质量的清洁度控制环节。通过对各个工序环节的分析,指出了管子-管板焊缝制造过程中清洁度控制的要点,为制造厂和蒸汽发生器设计方改进和完善清洁度控制规范及管理提供了有益的建议,为蒸汽发生器国产化制造过程中管子-管板焊缝质量的持续稳定提升有较好的指导和借鉴。
The cleanliness control processes which made an important influence on tube to tube sheet weld quality in nuclear steam generator manufacturing were introduced. Based on the analysis of working procedure, the cleanliness control points during the tube to tube-sheet welding manufacturing process in the plant were pointed out. The useful suggestions for steam generator designer and supplier to improve and perfect the cleanliness control standard and management were provided. There were better guidance and reference for the quality upgrading in domestic manufacture process of steam generator tubes to tube sheet weld.
