旋滚点穴手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎近期疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 膝关节骨性关节炎（膝关节OA），亦称退行性骨关节病、骨质增生。是一种以膝关节软骨变性和丢失及关节边缘和软骨下骨骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病，是中老年人的常见疾病。目前的治疗方法主要集中于内、外用药、微创（关节镜）以及胫骨截骨和后期的关节置换术等，疗效不肯定、且费用高、痛苦大。我们自2006年1月-2009年5月，采用推拿手法治疗膝关节OA60例，取得了较好的效果，现报告如下。
