摘要
研究生教育的核心与目标是培养创新型人才。当前,我国的研究生思想政治教育亟待改革。在理清现状与存在问题的基础上,应该树立"知识传授、能力培养、价值认同、行为选择"的新理念,积极构建创新型人才培养机制下的研究生思想政治教育模式,贴近实际,提高其核心竞争力,培养德才兼备的拔尖创新人才。
Cultivating innovative talents is the key and the goal of postgraduate education.At present,China＇s ideological and political education of graduate students is in need of reform.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems,new concepts of ＂imparting knowledge,ability cultivation,value recognition,behavior selection＂ should be established.Ideological and political education mode of post graduates should be actively built under innovative talent training mechanism,making it close to reality,improving their employment core competitiveness and cultivating outstanding innovative talents with both ability and political integrity.
