摘要
提出了职业技能鉴定与高职教育衔接的意义，分析了物流行业职业技能鉴定现状，并对职业技能鉴定与高职物流专业教学有效衔接的方案提出了四点建议：一是设立物流师职业技能鉴定站；二是推行“双证”及“双证通”制度；三是完善物流实训基地；四是安排专任教师去物流企业挂职锻炼，培养双师队伍。
The paper proposes the significance of the conections between occupational skill appraisal and higher vocational education. And it analyzes the occupational skill appraisal status of logistics industry, and puts forward four suggestions to conections scheme for occupational skill appraisal and vocational logistics specialty teaching. The first, to set up the logistics specialists occupational skill appraisal station. The second, to implement ＂double certificate＂ and ＂double permit＂ system. The third, to improve the logistics training base. The fourth, to arrange full - time teachers to logistics enterprise to hang duty to take exercise and train teachers into double - qualifications type.
