船用ABS/PC合金高速挤出流变性能及其微观形貌分析

High Speed Extrusion Rheological Behavior and Microstructure Analysis of Marine ABS/PC Alloy

摘要 制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/聚碳酸酯(PC)共混合金,利用恒速型双毛细管流变仪研究了该合金的熔体挤出特征,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了该合金的微观形貌,分析了合金的挤出加工性能。结果表明:当ABS/PC合金的质量比为90/10时,其力学性能达到船用磁罗经罩的标准,并具有良好的挤出性能;但随着PC用量的继续增加,合金的加工性能急剧下降。 The ABS/PC alloy was prepared,and the extrusion characteristics of the alloy melt was studied by a constant speed Double-capillary rheometer.The micromorphology of the blend was characterized by SEM,and extrusion processing property was also analyzed.The results show that,the ABS/PC alloy with the optimum processability properties can be obtained when the ratio of ABS to PC is 90/10,and mechanical properties of the alloy can meet the requirement of ship magnetic compass cover.Morover,the processability properties of the alloy are sharply declined with the higher PC ratio in ABS/PC.
