摘要
目的:建立芪葛通络丸的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法对方中羌活、粉葛、天麻、地龙、桂枝、延胡索和僵蚕进行显微鉴别;采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中秦艽、羌活、川芎、粉葛进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定龙胆苦苷的含量。结果:显微鉴别法专属性强;TLC斑点清晰、分离度好;龙胆苦苷进样量在48.45~193.80μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为102.27%,RSD=1.80%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于芪葛通络丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Qige tongluo pills.METHODS:Notopterygh Rhizoma et Radix,Pueraria thomsonii,Gastrodia elata,Pheretima,Cinnamomum cassia,Corydalis yanhusuo,Bombyx Batryticatus in the prescription were identified under microscope;Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix,Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix,Ligusticum chuanxiong and P.thomsonii were identified by TLC;HPLC method was established to determine the content of gentiopierin.RESULTS:The chromatograms of microscope were strong specificity and TLC spots were clear and well-separated;the linear range of gentiopierin was 48.45-193.80 μg(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 102.27%(RSD=1.80%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The standard can be used for quality control of Qige tongluo pills.
