摘要
对某重型车辆动力系统的润滑油进行光谱分析和PQ分析,利用因子分析原理提取润滑油液中表征磨损信息的主要因子,运用统计学原理得出该车辆监测诊断标准的关键运行状态分界点,研究其磨损状况。该方法分析结果与铁谱分析结果一致,为了解和判断该车辆的磨损可靠性情况提供了依据。
The main factor of characterization wear information was extracted in lubricating fluid using the principle of factor analysis by spectroscopic analysis and PQ analysis on the lubricants fluid of a heavy vehicle powertrain, and the key running state cut-off point of the monitoring diagnostic criteria of the vehicle was got, then the state of wear was studied. The analysis results of this method are in consistent with that from ferrographic analysis, and have provided the theory and the data basis for understanding and judging the wear reliability situation of the vehicle.
