炼化一体化优势下蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料的优化利用 被引量:6

摘要 分析了中国石化镇海炼化分公司在炼化一体化下蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料的优化,重点对蒸汽裂解原料资源的拓展和优化进行分析,并提出蒸汽裂解原料轻质化的优势。为生产合适的蒸汽裂解原料、重整原料的调合组分制定了可行的优化调控方案。优化后蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料对石脑油的依赖度降低,气体原料和优质加氢尾油所占比例上升,裂解原料中的烷烃质量分数提高1.8百分点,并使炼油厂15%~25%的低价值油品转化成了高价值的石化产品。 The optimization of raw materials for steam cracking to ethylene with the advantage of re- fining-chemical integration at Zhenghai Refining ~〉~ Chemical Company was introduced, focusing on ex- panding the raw material resources. The advantages of using light feedstock for ethylene production were discussed and feasible scheme of producing appropriate blending components for steam cracking and reforming were proposed. Since optimization, the ratio of light naphtha in ethylene feedstock reduced, gaseous feeds and high quality hydrocracked tail oil increased, thus the mass fraction of paraffin in eth ylene feedstock increased 1.8 percentage points. About 15%-25% of low value products were conver ted to high value products in the refinery.
