摘要
分析北京地方基础研究队伍建设的重要性,从北京市属高校拥有的国家一级重点学科数、北京市地方人才获国家杰出青年称号人数、北京市属单位获得国家创新研究群体科学基金和国家973计划项目数、北京市地方基础研究成果水平等方面论证加快培养北京地方基础研究人才及团队已刻不容缓,剖析北京市基础研究队伍竞争力不高的原因,提出加强北京市地方基础研究队伍建设的建议。
The paper analyzes the importance of Beijing local basic research team building. It is pointed out that Beijing has lagged behind other provinces reflected in following key indexes, such as the number of state key disciplines, the number of researchers who earned the title of state outstanding youth, the number of local institutions which received grants from the state innovative research group foundation, the number of national 973 program approvals and the quality of local basic research achievements. It is therefore argued that it is urgent to strengthen Beijing local basic research per- sonnel and team building. The causes for the inadequate competitiveness of Beijiug basic research teams are also analyzed, and suggestions are also given to strengthen Beijing local basic research team building.
