摘要
介绍了加权残值法的基本概念,根据具体结构建立了物理模型,对物理模型进行分析建立了数学模型。运用加权残值法的最小二乘法和子域法对数学模型进行了求解,用Pro/E软件进行了仿真。这为托辊轴挠度计算提供了方法和依据。从而可达到降低生产成本、缩短研制周期、提高质量等目的。
The method of weighted residuals is introduced in this paper. Physical model type is built up according to the concrete structure, and the mathematical model is built up by analyzing physical model. The least square method and subdomain method of method of weighted residuals are applied in calculating mathematical model. Simulation is carried on in the Pro/Engineer software, and this provided methods for the calculation of deflection of axis of idler. This can attain to the purposes such as lower production cost, shorter developing period and higher quality.
