矿井风机主轴偏移监测系统设计

Design of Mine Flow Fan Spindle Migration Monitoring System

摘要 矿井通风机运行过程中,会因地基沉降因素造成风机主轴与电机输出轴错位,引起风机运行故障,传统人工监测方法,工作量大且实时性不好。针对此设计了矿井风机主轴偏移监测系统,利用非接触激光位移传感器结合PLC对风机主轴和电机输出轴的偏移量分别监测,进行对比分析,以对风机主轴错位及时发现,并采取加垫片调高的方式调偏,经在煤矿实际使用证明效果良好,为煤矿安全生产提供了保障。 During flow fan operation, the foundation subsidence maybe causes dislocation of flow fan spindle and motor shaft, which bring about running faults of flow fan. The traditional artificial monitoring method with question of big workload and bad in real-time property, in order to solve this problem, the mine flow fan spindle migration monitoring system is designed. In this system, the migration of flow spindle and motor shaft are separate tested with contactless displacement transducer and PLC, then adjust migration through add cushion in foundation. The system has been proved satisfactory by site application, which provided guarantee to safety in production.
