摘要
电网频率的稳定性直接关系到电网运行的安全性,机组一次调频功能的有效投入是维持电网频率稳定的重要技术保证。以徐州1 000MW超超临界机组为例,介绍了一次调频的作用和原理,并分析了一次调频在数字电液系统(DEH)和协调控制系统(CCS)中具体的应用策略。对如何在实现一次调频快速性的同时保证其调频能力提出了一些建议与解决方案。
The frequency stability of the power system is directly related to the security of power system operation, and the effective input of primary frequency regulation is an important technical assurance to maintain the frequency stability of the power system. In this paper, we took a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit as an example, intro- duced the function and principle of primary frequency regulation, and analyzed the specific application strategy in the digital electro-hydraulic system (DEH) and co-ordination control system (CCS). Suggestions on realizing quick primary frequency regulation while ensuring its performance were proposed and relevant measures were put forward.
