摘要
图书馆教育职能始终处于一种低水平的状态,要想改变这一现状就必须实现图书馆教育职能的新跨越,而创建读者研究院不仅能实现图书馆教育职能新跨越,使图书馆教育职能得以充分发挥,而且在打破教育格局、克服教育弊端、实现人的全面发展、以及面向社会、资源共享、服务读者和推动社会管理、社会建设等诸多方面有着非常重要的现实意义。
Creating reader institutes will help improve the educational function of library, which is always at a low level. It is of great significance to setting up reader institutes because it will also help to break the pattern of education and overcome the drawbacks of education, and achieve the comprehensive development.
