臭氧处理对南瓜种子及幼苗发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探明臭氧水处理对南瓜种子及幼苗发育的影响,试验设4个处理,将臭氧分别通入水中0(清水处理)、5、15和30min,对种子进行浸泡,待种子出苗后,再对幼苗进行浇灌,研究各处理间植株生理效应的差异。结果表明,臭氧水处理相对于清水处理,种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别增加3.0%~21.9%、15%~45%和19.8%~62.0%,幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积和鲜质量显著提高,增幅分别为11.1%~18.8%、3.7%~18.4%、13.6%~28.9%和9.3%~25.8%,而叶绿素质量分数降低8.3%~23.3%。可见,臭氧水处理能够促进植株的生长发育,臭氧通入水中15min对幼苗生长效果最佳。因此,喷施臭氧水可作为培养南瓜壮苗的一项措施。 In order to investigate the effect of ozone water on germination and seedling growth of pumpkin,four treatments were set up by injecting the ozone into the water for 0,5,15 and 30 min respectively,immersing the seeks,and watering the seedlings after emergence of seeds,to measure the difference between physiological effects of plants.Compared to the water treatment,ozone water treatment had respectively increased germination rate,germination energy,and germination index of pumpkin seeds by 3.0%-21.9%,15%-45% and 19.8%-62.0%,and plant height,stem diameter and leaf area of seedlings were distinct by 11.1%-18.8%,3.7%-18.4%,13.6%-28.9% and 9.3%-25.8%,while chlorophyll mass fraction had decreased by 8.3%-23.3%.The result showed that the growth of plants could be stimulated with ozone water,and optimal growth effect was for 15 min.As a result,spraying ozone water could be used as a measure to develop the pumpkin seedlings,and there were some practical significance in crop production.
