摘要
目的探讨E-选择素(E-selectin)和细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)检测在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)发展中的作用。方法将197例住院患者分成三组:稳定性心绞痛组(SAP)(n=62)、急性冠状动脉综合征(n=90)、对照组(n=45)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验E-selectin和ICAM-1的血清学变化进行分析。结果ACS组的E-selectin和ICAM-1的血清学水平显著高于其它两组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),ICAM-1的血清学水平在SAP组和对照组中,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。E-selectin和ICAM-1的血清学水平呈正相关性。结论E-selectin和ICAM-1联合检测对诊断急性冠状动脉综合征的病变程度具有重要临床意义。
【Objective】To explore the difference of E-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in different type of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and the associated correlations between E-selectin and ICAM1with ACS.【Methods】197 patients who were divided into three groups: stable effort angina group(SAP)(n =62),acute coronary syndrome group(ACS)(n =90),control group(n =45).The serum levels of E-selectin and ICAM-1 were detected by ELISA,and the relationship between E-selectin and ICAM-1 were analyzed.【Results】The serum levels of E-selectin and ICAM-1 in ACS group were significantly higher than those in SAP and control group(P 0.01),and the serum levels of ICAM-1 between SAP and control group were different(P 0.01).There was positive correlation between E-selectin and ICAM-1 in ACS(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】The serum levels of E-selectin and ICAM-1 are important index for the diagnosis of ACS and the severity of ACS.
