摘要
木薯渣是利用木薯生产淀粉及燃料乙醇过程中产生的废渣。近年来,随着淀粉需求量的增加,特别是利用木薯生产燃料乙醇产业的发展,木薯渣的产量也随之增加。当前没有很好的适宜于木薯渣的利用方式,大量木薯渣露天堆放或是填埋,造成了一定的环境污染。作者就目前主要的木薯渣利用方式进行了综述,并对未来的发展进行了展望。
Cassava residue generated in the production process of cassava starch and fuel ethanol. In recent years,with the increasing demand of starch, especially the development of cassava fuel ethanol more cassava residue was produced. At present, because of no suitable way for cassava residue utilization, more cassava residue was stored in open air or landfills, which caused serious environment pollution. In this paper the main utilization ways of cassava residue were reviewed and forecasting the future prospect of cassava residue utilization.
