摘要
为了改善公路隧道运行环境的安全性,应用德尔菲法(Delphi Method)和群体决策法,从道路环境指标、交通运行环境指标、交通工程设施环境指标和气候环境指标4个方面,对评价指标进行敏感性分析,构建了公路隧道运行环境安全评价指标体系。通过计算公路隧道运行环境指标体系敏感性的灰色关联度,以量化的方法解决评价指标因素的排序问题,得出指标体系安全分级标准,最终提出相对应的公路隧道安全改善措施。公路隧道安全评价实例表明,该方法可为隧道运行环境的分析和评价提供理论指导。
In order to improve the security of expressway tunnel operation environment,we apply Delphi Method and group decision sensitivity analysis through with four aspects of road environmental index,traffic running environment index,traffic engineering facilities environmental index and climate environment index.And construct the expressway tunnel running environment safety evaluation index system.By calculating the gray relational grade of the index system,we can solve the scheduling problem of the evaluation factors by a quantitative method.So we can get the security grading standards and proposed the corresponding road tunnel safety improvement measures finally.Example shows that the method can provide theoretical guidance for the analysis and evaluation of the operating environment of the tunnel.
