终身教职制度的两面性及效率条件 被引量:1

摘要 现代终身教职制度形成于美国,但也被其他国家大学广泛采用。终身教职在保护学术自由、提供利益补偿、促进学术分工以及遴选优秀人才方面具有不可替代的制度功能,但它自身难以解决所有激励问题,这也常为学术界所诟病。终身教职的制度效应需要相关制度安排来支撑,其优越性也和大学类型、科研任务属性以及人才评价体系密切相关。
