摘要
电子商务作为一种全新的商务运作模式,使物流业的内涵和外延都发生了重大变化。由于电子商务的虚拟性带来的退货现象时有发生,更加凸显了逆向物流的经济价值。电子商务企业必须解决好客户由于退货产生的逆向物流问题,建立良好的退货体系,方能在激烈的"网络市场"中取得竞争优势,获得较广较稳定的客户群。通过对逆向物流特别是退货逆向物流对电子商务企业的影响及存在问题的研究,针对如何在电子商务环境下实现逆向物流管理这一问题,提出相关策略。
As a new business operational mode, e-business has brought major change to the intension and extension of logistics. Because of the goods-return caused by the vi^uality of e-business occur often, the economic value of reverse logistics become more important. It's very necessary for e-business to solve reverse logistics causesd by returns and establish nicer returning sys- term for preponderant competition and steady custom in "Net Market". In this article, not only impact to the e-business from the reverse logistics of goods-return but also the main problem is researched, and some relevant strtegies is put forward point at how to implement reverse logistics management under e-business environment.
