摘要
空气压缩机的气阀故障是影响空压机正常运行的主要原因。本文首先介绍空压机气阀故障诊断方法的现状,给出了基于频域分析的空气压缩机气阀故障诊断装置的设计方法,并进行了实际测试,测试结果表明频域分析对与气阀的故障诊断是有效的,这对于空压机气阀的故障诊断具有重要意义。
The fault of air compressor valves is the main reason that affects the normal operation of the air compressor. Firstly the development status of fault diagnosis method of the air compressor valves is introduced in this paper, and then a design method based on spectrum analysis which is used for faultdiagnosis device of the air compressor valves is given, lastly actual test is implemented. The test results show that the spectrum analysis is effective to the fault diagnosis of valves, and it is of important to fault diagnosis of air compressor valves.
