摘要
目的探讨偏头痛发作期伴随的非头痛症状的类型、发生率及与其他因素之间的关系。方法选择2010年1月—2011年1月在本院神经内科头痛门诊就诊的偏头痛患者80例,对这些患者采取常规体检。结果 80例患者出现非头痛症状50例,发生率为62.5%。对于偏头痛非头痛症状的研究发现:患者感觉头晕恶心4例(88.0%),害怕声音42例(82.0%),情绪发生较大波动35例(70.0%)。结论患有偏头痛的患者在病症发作期内存在许多症状,有些症状与头痛无关。
Objective To investigate migraine attack with the type of non-headache symptoms,incidence and relationship with other factors.Methods In January 2010 to January 2011 at our hospital nerve headache clinic department of internal medicine pure migraine patients with 80 cases,the patients taking regular physical examination.Results 80 cases of patients with the emergence of non-headache headache symptoms in 50 cases,the incidence rate of 62.5%.For migraine non-headache symptoms study found：the patients feel dizzy nausea 4 accounted for 88.0%,afraid to voice accounted for 82.0%,accounting for 70.0% of mood fluctuation.Conclusion Patients suffering from migraine patients in the disease onset period there are many symptoms,some of the symptoms associated with headache.
