摘要
企业是由若干员工构成的,员工满意度直接决定他们的工作积极性水平,从而影响企业的人力资源的基本状况。目前在员工满意度研究上,针对百货零售业员工满意度的研究相对薄弱。在对百货零售业员工特征进行实地调研的基础上,反复讨论确立了员工满意度的影响因素和调节变量,创新性地将层次分析法运用到量化评价指标中。通过实际案例演示模糊聚类评价模型在员工满意度测评中的运用。
An enterprise consists of a number of employees, and satisfaction of employees directly determines the level of their positive attitude towards work, which, in turn, affects the basic conditions of human resources of the enterprise. The research concerning the degree of satisfaction of employees in retail industry is relatively weak. On the basis of the employee characteristics of retail industry, the present study establishes the factors that may affect employee satisfaction and the moderating variables, using AHP innovatively in quantizing evaluation index. The actual case is empoloyed demonstrate the research and application of the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model to assessing employee satisfaction.
