摘要
目前,在电子商务推动下快递业发展前景看好但又面临诸多困境,据此提出标本兼治,从全国、全行业角度出发,建设开放、互联互通、经济有效的社会化物流配送体系的对策。主要包括推进快递领域信息系统建设、加大快递行业重组与创新力度、加快物流管理人才培养与选拔以及建立与完善电子商务与物流配送的相关政策法规等方面内容。
In this paper, we proposed the countermeasures for the construction of an open, interconnected and economically effective socialized logistics distribution system from the perspective of the whole country and the industry, which mainly included promoting IT construction in the express industry, strengthening restructuring and innovation of the express industry, accelerating the training and selection of logistics management talent, and establishing and improving policies and regulations related to e-commerce and logistics distribution.
