摘要
为了更好地满足现场技术人员对非标自动化设备控制系统和通信网络设计的需求,以一套基于RS485总线N:N网络的小型非标加工、装配自动化生产线为对象,系统阐述了非标自动化设备控制系统的设计和调试方法,包括电气、气动、通信、上位机监控和触摸屏画面等部分,设计思想和技术要点可以为相关研究人员提供有益的参考。
In this paper, in connection with an empirical example, we systematically introduced the method for the design and calibration of the control system of the non-standard automatic equipment which included the electrical, pneumatic, communication, upper position computer monitoring and touchscreen parts, which could provide useful reference for researchers in the field.
