摘要
基于生鲜食品供应链的现状及自身典型的特征,以近年来生鲜食品供应链中关于风险识别等理论为指导,对其风险识别各环节进行了综合分析与深入研究。
In this paper, according to the current status of the fresh food supply chain and its typical characteristics and guided by risk recognition theories proposed in recent years, we studied comprehensively the risk recognition of the various links of the supply chain.
