摘要
油浸式变压器密封材料性能优化是解决变压器漏油故障的重要途径。分析了变压器密封材料老化原因,提出了变压器密封材料应具有的性能要求,并以此为目标研发了变压器专用的密封材料软木橡胶。详细叙述了软木橡胶的特性,通过试验表明,软木橡胶是一种性价比高的优良新型变压器专用密封圈材料,用这种新型材料制成的变压器密封圈已获得了国家专利。该材料还可用于其他电气设备。
A vital way to solve the oil leakage fault of transformers is to advance the performance of oil- immersed transformer＇s seal material. The aging reasons of seal material in transformers are analyzed. According to the performance demands of transformer＇s seal material, Cork rubber as a special seal material of transformer is developed. The characters of cork rubber are presented. By the experience, cork rubber is proved as a new well performance special seal material of transformer. The seal ring of transformer made by cork rubber has got national patent. The material can also applied in other electrical equipments.
