升丹制剂对小鼠机械性创面微循环影响的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的 通过不同浓度的升丹制剂对创面微循环影响来探讨其对创面愈合的作用机制。方法 应用彩色病理图文分析系统 ,分析创面微血管增生数、扩张度及微血栓数。结果 在造模后 3d、7d ,实验组数值均显著高于对照组。结论 升丹制剂可以促进和改善创面微循环 ,减少微血栓 ,增加创面营养和血供 ,有利创面愈合。 OBJECTIVE To explore the functional mechanism of traumatic healing by studying the effects of different concentrations of Shengdan preparation on the microcirculation in trauma. METHOD Color pathological image analysis system was conducted to analyze the number of proliferated micrangium, the expansion degree of micrangium and the number of microthrombi. RESULT The figures in the experimental group were considerably higher than those in the control group, after the models were induced for 3 and 7 days. CONCLUSION Shengdan preparation can improve the microcirculation, reduce microthrombi, increase nutrition and blood supply in trauma, and is favorable to traumatic healing.
