摘要
目的 确定熊果酸Raman光谱的结构特征及官能团的归属。 方法 采用HRD2型双光栅单色仪对熊果酸进行了激光Raman光谱测定 ,解析了其Raman谱峰与结构特征的关系 ,并与红外光谱作了比较。结果 基本确定了熊果酸的结构特征中官能团的归属。结论 Raman光谱具有比红外光谱更为丰富的结构信息特征 ,是天然药物解析的手段之一。
OBJECTIVE To ascertain the structural characteristics of ursolic acid and attributes of its functional groups by Raman spectra. METHOD HRD2 double beam grid monochromator was adopted to test the laser Raman spectra of the ursolic acid , and the relationship of its Raman wave peaks and its structural characteristics was analyzed and a comparison between Raman spectra and infra red spectrum was given. RESULT The attributes of the functional groups in the structural characteristics of ursolic acid were basically defined. CONCLUSION Raman spectra was proved to be much more informative in structural characteristics than the infra red spectrum, so it was an effective method to analyze natural herbs.
