摘要
目的总结2010年1月—2011年12月空军总医院手术室经鼻内镜泪前隐窝入路上颌窦手术的术中护理体会。方法 57例均行经鼻内镜泪前隐窝入路上颌窦手术,综合分析术前心理护理、术前准备、术中配合及术后工作的护理体会。结果手术效果满意,术后出现鼻根部疼痛、肿胀,少数出现面颊或下睑瘀血,均于10 d内恢复,随访3个月以上,远期疗效满意;4例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者1年内无复发迹象。结论术前心理护理、完善的术前准备工作、熟练的术中配合及术后康复指导对经鼻内镜泪前隐窝入路上颌窦手术疗效均起到很重的作用。
Objective The surgery nursing experience was obtained in endoscopic anterior lacrimal crypt into maxillary sinus operation from January 2010 to December 2011 in the operation room of Air Force General Hospital, PLA. Method Follow-up 76 maxillary sinus operations of lateral nasal endoscopic anterior lacrimal crypt of 57 cases in two years was carried out. Comprehensive analysis of preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative nursing experience of work was made. Result All patients were followed up for 3 months, and nasal root pain and swelling were discovered. A few patients were found to have cheeks or lower eyelid ecchymosis within the 10 days after operation. Satisfaction in long term resulted. 4 cases of sinonasal inverted papilloma were discovered to have no signs of recurrence within 1 year. Conclusion It was important to focus on psychological nursing before operation, perfect preoperative preparation, skilled cooperation during operation and postoperative rehabilitation instruction on endoscopic anterior lacrimal crypt into maxillary sinus operation which played an important role in efficacy.
