新生儿重症监护室噪音对新生儿影响的研究 被引量：5

摘要 新生儿重症监护室（neonatal intensive care unit,NICU）是20世纪70年代初逐渐形成和完善起来的治疗危重新生儿的病房。近年来,随着NICU的广泛建立以及新生儿急诊医学的迅速发展和生命支持技术的不断提高,使新生儿病死率及远期发病率明显下降。但NICU是一个多噪声、强光照、多触摸、侵入性治疗多、缺乏母子交流的压力环境,这些不良刺激可能影响新生儿的发育。
