摘要
紫杉醇是临床效果最好的抗癌药物之一。其主要来源于红豆杉提取、全合成与半合成。利用微生物转化其副产物能提高红豆杉利用率。转化反应过程涉及紫杉烷水解、酰化、羟基化、脱氢、差向异构化等。本文概述了现阶段紫杉烷各类型微生物转化研究,为进一步深入研究微生物转化提供科学基础。
Taxol was one of the most effective anticancer drugs,which originated from extraction of yew,total synthesis and semisynthesis.The utilization of yew can be improved by transformating the by-product with microorganisms.Procedures included hydrolization,acetylation,hydroxylation,dehydrogenation and epimerization were being researched.The aim of this study is to summarize kinds of reaction types in Microbial transformation of Taxane and lay the foundation for the in-depth research.
