摘要
本文采用deform-3D软件,通过有限元分析方法分析了钼带轧制过程中轧制辊型变化和钼丝直径变化对产品的影响,研究了采用有限元方法分析钼带轧制过程的可行性。结果表明:采用钼的一般特性数据和经验数据通过有限元模拟计算可有效模拟钼带轧制过程,帮助正确选择轧制辊型和丝径等参数,精确度高、节省时间、降低试验成本。
The possibility of simulating the rolling process of molybdenum ribbon with Deform - 3 D software was in- vestigated by comparing the effects on the ribbon with the change of roll shape and the diameter of the molybdenum wire. It was found that it is an effective way to simulate the molybdenum ribbon -rolling process by finite element analysis (FEM) and it can help accurately choose the appropriate roll shape and wire diameter, reduce the produc- tion cost.
