摘要
随着汽车、航空、电子和太阳能行业的快速发展,对平板玻璃材料功能性的要求日益增加,增加平板玻璃功能性主要采用在玻璃基体表面附加薄膜的方法。因此,在与玻璃相关的薄膜材料设计、制备技术方面,在国际范围内形成了新一轮热潮。而伴随着量子力学、固体物理等学科在理论上不断完善,以及计算机技术的飞速发展,形成了具有新功能、高性能的玻璃薄膜材料研究和开发的技术手段,即可以按照所需要的宏观性能,从原子、分子层次设计出满足要求的材料设计方法。本文结合典型功能薄膜材料宏观性能与微观结构对应关系的研究,介绍了相关玻璃薄膜材料设计的一般过程,并就新型玻璃功能薄膜材料的设计、制备技术现状对玻璃功能薄膜材料的发展趋势作出预测。
The rapid development in the industries of the automotives, aerospaces, electronics and solar energy requires high per-formances the fiat glasses. Surface coating is one of the most promising methods to improve the properties of the fiat glasses, and considerable attention has been paid to the glass film design and preparation. The breakthrough of relevant natural disciplines such as quantum mechanics, solid state physics and computational technology accelerates the development and application of materials design, offering a new design method for the macro performance based on the analyses at the atomic and molecular level. In this paper, the process of materials design is illustrated by the typical functional glass film materials emphasizing relationship between the macroscopic properties and microstructure. The design and preparation of the new functional glass film materials are reviewed, and the development trend of the new functional glass film materials is prospected.
