摘要
以4个不同熟性的茄子(Solanum melongena L.)品种为试材,研究了低温对种子萌发和低温弱光胁迫对幼苗抗氧化特性的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,材料"142"和"D-6-1"的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均显著高于材料"897",同时低温弱光处理对材料"897"幼苗根系生长及干鲜重均产生了明显的抑制效应。在活性氧代谢相关酶方面,低温弱光处理下的材料"142"和"D-6-1"幼苗叶片保持了较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,而膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量则显著低于材料"897",膜脂过氧化程度较轻;在渗透调节物质方面,低温弱光处理下的材料"142"和"D-6-1"幼苗叶片中游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于材料"T1"和"897"。以上结果表明,早熟材料"142"和单性结实材料"D-6-1"对低温弱光的耐受性显著强于晚熟材料"897"。
Taking four inbred lines of eggplant with different maturity as test materials, the effects of low temperature stress on germination characteristics and the effects of poor light intensity stress on antioxidant properties in eggplant seedlings were studied. The results showed that, under low temperature stress,the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of eggplant variety ' 142' and ' D-6-1' were significantly higher than those of ' 897'. Meanwhile, the root, fresh and dry weight of ' 897' seedlings were significantly inhibited by the low temperature and poor light intensity stress. In the active oxygen metabolism, under low temperature and poor light intensity stress, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,catalase (CAT) and ascorbate specific peroxidase (APX) in leaves of ' 142' and ' D- 6-1 ' were maintained at a higher level, while the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) was significantly lower than that in ' 897' , so the mem- brane lipid oxidation of ' 142' and ' D-6-1 ' was lower. In the osmotic adjustment, the contents of free preline and soluble protein in the leaves of ' 142' and ' D-6-1 ' were significantly higher than those in ' T1 ' and ' 897'. The above results indicted that the abilities of tolerance to low temperature and poor light intensity stress in early-maturing variety ' 142' and parthenooarpy variety ' D-6-1 ' were stronger than late-maturing variety ' 897'.
