氮营养配施烯效唑对马铃薯原种生产养分分配及干物质积累的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer with Uniconazole on Nutrient Absorption and Dry Matter Accumulation in Potato

摘要 采用盆栽及营养液培养方法,研究了氮营养配施烯效唑对马铃薯原种生产干物质积累、养分分配的影响,探讨提高马铃薯群体控制方法和氮利用效率的措施。结果表明:①与不施氮肥相比,施氮肥干物质积累总量有较大的增长,增长了28.44%,叶片喷施烯效唑也增加了马铃薯干物质积累总量,增加了9.01%,小于施氮处理的增量。从各器官的分配来讲,施氮降低了干物质向块茎和根系的积累,而增加了向叶片、叶柄、主茎等营养器官的分配,而喷施烯效唑后,增加了干物质向块茎的积累,而降低了向叶片、叶柄、主茎和根系的分配。②氮、磷、钾三要素中,以钾的分配最多,氮的分配其次,磷的分配最少。施氮降低了块茎和叶片对磷的吸收,增加了对氮和钾的吸收。对主茎和根的影响中,施氮对氮、磷、钾吸收均有增加作用。叶面喷施烯效唑降低了根系中磷的含量和主茎中钾的含量,但是块茎、叶片中氮、磷、钾含量以及根系中的氮、钾含量,主茎中的氮、磷含量均出现增加。随着烯效唑喷施浓度的增加,块茎氮、磷、钾含量,根系氮含量呈逐渐增加趋势,而叶片氮、磷、钾含量,主茎氮、磷含量以及根系的氮、钾含量均呈现随着喷施浓度的增加先增加,后开始下降的变化趋势。 In this trial, taken the potato of Favorita as tested material, the effects of nitrogen fertilizer with uniconazole on dry matter accumulation and the distributions of the nutrient absorption were studied with the method of pot and nutrient solution training to find the control method of population and improve the nitrogen use efficient for providing technical support in potato high efficient cultivation. The result showed that (i) compared with no the nitrogen fertilizer, the total dry matter accumulation had a considerable increase about 28.44 %. Spraying uniconazole on leaves also increased the total dry matter accumulation by 9.01% ; compared with no uniconazole, the effect of uniconazole on dry matter accumulation was less than that of nitrogen. For the distribution about the organs using nitrogen reduced the dry mater distribution to the roots and the tuber, but increased the distribution in leaves, leaf stalk and main stem. However, unieonasole increased the dry matter distribution to tuber, and decreased the distribution in the leaf, leaf stalk, main stem and root. (ii)In the three factors of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium, there were the most distribution in potassium, the second in the nitrogen, and the least distribution in the phos- phate. Using nitrogen reduced absorption of tubers and the leaves to the phosphate, but increased the absorption of nitrogen and potassium. In the impact to main stems and roots, using nitrogen increased phosphate, potassium and nitrogen all. Spraying uniconazole on leaves reduced the phosphate content in the roots and the potassium content in main stems, however, the nitrogen, phosphate and potassium content in tuber and leaves, the nitrogen, potassium in the roots, and nitrogen, phosphate content in the main stem were increased. With spraying concentration of uniconazole, the nitrogen, phosphate, potassium in tubers and nitrogen in roots had a increasing trend, but the nitrogen, phosphate and potassium content of leaves, the nitrogen, phosphate content of the main stems and the nitrogen, potassium of roots had a increasing trend at first, then began to fall.
