摘要
探讨施用糖蜜酒精发酵液对蔗田土壤生物学性状的影响,从土壤生态学角度评价蔗田土壤质量,为蔗区大规模利用糖蜜酒精发酵液提供技术支撑和理论依据。结果表明:糖蜜酒精发酵液定量还田提高了土壤中全碳、全氮、全钾和全磷等矿质元素的含量,肥效与化肥处理一致,可作为化肥的替代肥源;糖蜜酒精发酵液定量还田对包括土壤微生物数量、生物量和酶活性等土壤生物学特性均没有造成不良影响,表明其对蔗田土壤生态环境没有造成显著的污染或破坏,而且对蔗田土壤质量的影响效果优于化肥。
The experiment was conducted to assess the soll quality of sugarcane field treated with vinasse and to develop an effective method for using vinasse as a liquid fertilizer. The results showed that after the sugarcane field was treated with vinasse, improvements in total carbon, nitrogen, potassium, and phosphate content were observed in comparison to those of the control. It was also observed that the improving effects of vinasse fertilization were at par with the chemical fertilizer application. The results revealed positive effects with applying different concentrations of vinasse onto field soil; the numbers, biomass C, and biomass N of soil microorganisms and the soil enzyme activities all improved significantly. Vinasse application, in proper concentration, did not caused any pollution or damage to soil microflora or fauna; as a matter of fact, vinasses application produced better soil effects than the chemical fertilizer treated soils.
