摘要 结合整车CFD流场辅助分析、多款外后视镜工程结构与实车高速路试验证等角度入手详细阐述了外后视镜前期造型、结构设计对气动噪声产生的影响。并通过几款车型的气动噪声问题的整改来论证外后视镜的造型、结构设计和气动噪声的关系。希望能对从事外后视镜造型与工程结构设计的工程师在外后视镜设计与开发中起到一定的借鉴作用。 The effect of pre-styling and structure design of an outside rearview mirror on aerodynamic noise are particularly discussed in terms of engineering structures of many outside rearview mirrors and actual validation on the expressway in combination with a vehicle CFD flow field analysis. Furthermore, relationship among styling, structure design and aerodynamic noise is demonstrated with regard to an outside rearview mirror by improving aerodynamic noise of several models. It is hoped that this would be helpful to engineers who are engaged in styling and engineering structure design and development of outside rearview mirror.
