摘要
研究生学风的好坏直接关系到高层次人才培养质量的高低,良好的学术道德和优良的学风是提高教育质量、促进高等学校健康发展的根本保证。医学研究生教育是我们国家培养高层次医学人才的重要途径,医学研究生的培养质量关系到我国高级医学人才的质量。本文分析了当前医学研究生学术道德和学风建设中存在的问题与原因,并针对存在的问题提出了加强医学研究生学术道德培养、改进学风建设的相关措施。
The learning atmosphere for postgraduate students is directly related to the quality of highlevel talents. Good academic ethics and learning atmosphere are the guarantee for the quality of educa- tion and healthy development of the institutions of higher education. Medical graduate education is an important way for our country to cultivate high-level medical personnel, whose quality has a great impact on the quality of the advanced medical personnel. This paper analyzed the existing problems and their causes in the cultivation of academic ethics and learning atmosphere of medical postgraduate students. It also came up with some measures aiming at improving academic ethics and learning atmosphere.
