摘要
用一定浓度的 SA溶液喷布黄瓜幼苗 ,结果表明 :SA可显著提高黄瓜幼苗的壮苗指数 ,促进壮苗的形成 ,SA的最佳浓度为 2 50 mg· L- 1。同时 ,当低温胁迫时 ,2 50 mg· L- 1的SA可显著提高黄瓜幼苗叶片细胞膜的稳定性 ,抑制叶片中 MDA的累积。
Cucumber seedlings were sprayed by salicylic acid (SA) solution of some concentrations.The results showed that SA obviously raised the index of high quality seedling and promoted high quality seedling forming of cucumber seedlings;and 250 mg·L -1 was the best concentration of SA.Simultaneously,SA solution of 250 mg·L -1 obviously increased cell membrane stability,and restrained accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA),in leaves after cucumber seedlings were stressed by lower temperature.
