摘要 真菌毒素多数具有较强毒性,不仅会造成粮食作物的巨大损失,而且严重威胁人类和动物的健康。简要介绍了真菌毒素的污染现状及传统降解方法,并重点论述了辐照降解技术及其优点;结合目前国内外利用辐照技术降解各类真菌毒素的研究进展,对真菌毒素的辐照降解和产物解析的方法进行了综述,并对今后该领域的进一步研究提出了看法,为推动辐照技术在真菌毒素降解方面的应用提供参考。 Most mycotoxin had strong toxicity, not only causing severe grain losses, but also a threat to human and animal health. The current pollution and traditional degradation ways of mycotoxin were briefly introduced, and the irradiation degradation technology and its advantages were discussed. Combined with the current domestic and international uses of irradiation technology for degradation of various types of mycotoxin,irradiation degradation and product analysis methods were reviewed,and the opinion of the further study in this field were put forward, in order to provide reference for the irradiation technology application in mycotoxin degradation.
