摘要
锌锅是热镀锌机组重要的组成设备,其工艺参数的合理制订将直接影响产品的质量。文章详细介绍了热浸镀锌能量因素(包括锌锅温度和浸镀时间)对热镀锌钢板的镀层组织、性能以及对表面质量的影响,并提供了锌锅温度控制在450~465℃,浸镀时间控制在5s左右的技术参考。
The process parameters of zinc pot, which is an important part of hot dip galvanizing line, directly influ ence the quality of final products. The effects of zinc pot energy (including bath temperature and dipping time) on the structure of zinc layer, properties and surface quality of galvanized sheets were introduced in detail. Technical refer ences were also provided that the bath temperature be controlled at 450~465℃ and the hot dipping time controlled at about 5 seconds.
